This is where your journey begins. During your Foundations Visit, we take the time to truly get to know you—your health history, goals, and what you’re experiencing—while giving you a clear understanding of how we work and support your wellness journey. Your visit includes a comprehensive bioenergetic scan, a personalized nutrition review, and a collaborative action plan with initial recommendations tailored specifically to you. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a confident next step forward.
Cancellation Policy
o ensure availability and provide the best care for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
