This is where your journey begins. During your Foundations Visit, we take the time to truly get to know you—your health history, goals, and what you’re experiencing—while giving you a clear understanding of how we work and support your wellness journey. Your visit includes a comprehensive bioenergetic scan, a personalized nutrition review, and a collaborative action plan with initial recommendations tailored specifically to you. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a confident next step forward.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability and provide the best care for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will do our best to accommodate when possible. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to all clients.
